I’m excited to share that we are expecting our third baby in late September/early October! The kids are excited & my son asks almost every day when it’s Tuesday again so we can see what animal the baby is now the size of. (As of writing this, it’s a loris, in case you’re wondering.)

Over the last several months, my photography workload has slowed down, & at first I was upset. With my previous two pregnancies, I was able to work well into my 3rd trimester without too much discomfort. However, the further I get into this pregnancy, the more I am finding that this lull is a blessing in disguise. I’m able to slow down a little, take care of some house projects & take naps when I need to.

I had my last wedding in April with the sweetest couple, & it was the best wedding to “end” on. I’ve been photographing weddings consistently since 2008, & while I’m not retiring, I am taking a nice long break. For 2025 couples, don’t be afraid to reach out to see what my availability is! I know I’m going to miss the smell of wedding cake.
