The forecast called for heavy rain. Rebecca & Brett were driving in from out of town for their engagement photos, so rescheduling was going to be difficult. I asked them if they were ok with cloudy & possibly rain, their response was Rain? Literally perfect.

Perfect.

It was shaping up to be a wonderful afternoon.

Rebecca & Brett chose the Ladybird Johnson Wildlife Center & I couldn't wait to visit. I admit it wasn't as large as I was expecting, but it had a lot of hidden treasures. It ended up never really raining, but the weather meant that we had the place mostly to ourselves. None of us complained.

These two are hysterical, & I laughed so much. If you ever need a good story, ask Brett to tell you how he met Rebecca. I wish I could retell it half as good as he does.

Apparently Brett wrote a song & dance called Dancing in the Parking Lot.
