“The weather didn’t cooperate” is putting it mildly. It did cooperate long enough though for us to walk to & from the car for which I am thankful. The day was dark, rainy, & 30 degrees. Thankfully we were able to do Kristen’s bridal photos in the Texas State Capitol building where it was dry & warm, & because of the weather, we didn’t have too many people to work around.

Kristen lives in Goliad & was very proud of the representation of her small town right inside the capitol on the mosiac floor.

I love how Kristen made sure to make her bridal look her own. We had a Parent Trap moment with the cowboy hat & the veil & we did our best to channel Elizabeth James’ fashion sense. I personally loved the pearl details on the veil.
