sunset on a desert cliff {styled anniversary photos}

After the Closed Canyon shoot was over, our group trekked over to a high vantage point to catch the sunset for our second styled photo shoot. Our second real couple, Tara & Chris, & they looked spectacular. His navy suit brought out the subtle blue hue of her tulle skirt, & the rich bouquet florals popped against the barren landscape. And who doesn’t love a fabulous pair of earrings?

These photos ended up a bit darker & moodier than I normally do, but I’m not complaining one bit. I love the richness in some of the tones, & Tara’s blue dress just glows because of it. We caught the sunset just in time then continued shooting until it was simply too dark to continue.
