jewel toned closed canyon {styled anniversary photos}

Tucked inside the canyon, it was eerily quiet save for the frantic bursts of camera shutters from a few photographers from all over the state of Texas. We all knew every shot was golden & we couldn’t get enough of it.

I present to you the first of three amazing styled shoots in Big Bend, Texas, I recently participated in.

This styled anniversary shoot came together beautifully, & featured Gricelda & Agustin, our real live couple who have been married for 28 years. #marriagegoals Halfway through the shoot I joked about this doubling as a marriage strengthening exercise, although they had no troubles getting lovey dovey with each other! I stand firm in the belief that every couple should do an anniversary shoot at some point throughout their marriage. Get dressed up. Go somewhere epic. Kiss in public. Go on a nice date afterwards.

Unfortunately for us we were in the middle of nowhere & the nicest dinner around was located in the gas station next door to the hotel. haha
